Relief Crew Foundation

Founded by former first officer Sam Stewart, the Relief Crew Foundation bridges the yachting industry and the humanitarian world. The foundation connects experienced yacht crew with vetted non-profit projects that benefit from their practical skills: logistics, engineering, maintenance, catering and teamwork. Recent missions include bringing crew from three yachts to Ghana for 17 days to build sanitation for an entire village. ETYC relays the foundation's missions to the crews it trains, because sustainability on board extends to the communities ashore.
